This Privacy Policy explains how MINDI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit mindi.co.in or order a MetaMind Soul Report. We are a self-knowledge publisher operating from India and serving readers worldwide.

1. Information we collect

Contact details — your name and email address, when you join our list or order a report.
Birth details — your date, time and place of birth, which you provide so we can prepare your report. This is the only purpose for which we use it.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay (which also processes international cards and PayPal). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Basic usage data — standard, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used, to help us improve it.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and deliver the report you ordered.
To send you your purchase, and to reply to your questions.
To send occasional updates — only if you asked to be on our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your birth details with anyone outside the preparation of your own report.

4. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted third parties only to operate the service — our payment partner (Razorpay), email delivery, and website hosting. They access only what they need to perform their function, and are bound to protect it.

5. Data retention

We keep your order and birth details only as long as needed to deliver and support your report, and as required for accounting. You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email hello@mindi.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. These rights are offered to all users, consistent with the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

7. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.

8. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
