Every MetaMind Soul Report is prepared by hand, individually, from your unique birth details. Because each report is custom work created specifically for you, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and to the care that goes into each one.
If you change your mind before we have started preparing your report, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply email hello@mindi.co.in as soon as possible after ordering, and we will refund you in full.
We stand behind every reading. If your report simply doesn't resonate with you, email hello@mindi.co.in within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full — no explanation needed. Each report is personal work created uniquely for you; we would far rather you feel it was worth it than hold you to a sale.
We stand behind our work. If your report did not arrive, arrived incomplete, or contained a genuine error on our part (for example, we used the wrong birth details), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct it, re-issue it, or — if we cannot put it right — refund you. Your satisfaction with the quality of our work matters to us.
The free edition of ManoMaya is free. For the paperback or e-book purchased through Amazon, Amazon's own returns and refund policy applies, as the sale is made through their store.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.
