Welcome to MINDI. By using mindi.co.in or purchasing a MetaMind Soul Report or the ManoMaya book, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written in plain language.

1. What MINDI is

MINDI is a self-knowledge framework that maps Vedic Jyotish alongside Jungian psychology, Stoic philosophy and modern neuroscience. Our products are tools for self-reflection and personal insight.

Important — what MINDI is not. Our reports describe a symbolic map of character and tendencies for reflection. They are not predictions of future events, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We do not claim that planets cause your circumstances. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances or wellbeing.

2. Orders and delivery

Reports are prepared individually from the birth details you provide. Please give your date, exact time and place of birth as accurately as possible — accuracy of the report depends on it.
Reports are generated automatically and delivered by email, as a PDF, normally within minutes of a completed payment (and in all cases within 48 hours).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if your delivered report doesn't resonate, you may request a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
Prices are shown on the order page and may change for future orders; the price you pay is the price shown at the time of your purchase.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our partner, Razorpay (which also handles international cards and PayPal). By ordering, you authorise the relevant charge. We do not store your card or bank details.

4. Intellectual property

All MINDI content — the framework, the book, report templates, text, design and the MINDI name and marks — belongs to MINDI. Your personal report is for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish our content without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the site and products lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent MINDI, or use our content to harm others.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are offered for reflection and education. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINDI is not liable for decisions you make based on our content, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
